Yep, Large Date. The hook on tghe nine is the giveaway. It's not pointing over th.e the seven.. It's pointing to the top of the ''S''.
yes the tail of the 7 is below the o inthe date that is a largedate.the top row of the date with a straight edge will be almost perfectly straight.also there is machine doubling in liberty and the date on most small dates and the 9 has a sharp hook the points towards the middle of the 7 .i personally went threw 20 or so before i found a small date keep looking !!!!best wishes
