Just hit that number. I must have too much time on my hands. That’s what I get for retiring. Lol

A nice Post-Colonial issue. A 1787 Connecticut Copper Coin. With bust facing left. It’s the most common but it’s in decent condition. It’s still in the original flip from when I bought it from the mid 1990’s.

I didn’t make it. I just opened a box and there is was. It’s the easy way to do it. Work smarter, not harder. Lol :)

I’m not into doing that. I just collect the coin. No edge letters though.

At this point I'm going around to neighbor's home asking they have any old boxes needing checking got contents.

Trying to do some quick mental calculations about crush strength to figure out just how much stuff is in some of those boxes -- looks like it's NOT ones and twos!

I have found some paper money in the ones I’ve opened and they were still in pristine condition. However there are mostly coins and some of those boxes are pretty darn heavy. And it’s not my age which is making them heavy, :)
