The US Mint just announced that the 2010 Lincoln Cent Coin Two-Roll Set is going on sale 4/8/2010. It is not on their website yet but should be soon. Anyone buying? TC
The Mint just sent me an announcement this morning (see #4 in link below) but no product page yet. http://www.usmint.gov/whats_new/CoinsOnline/?clickThrough=COMarch10 TC
I'll pass this year. They'll eventually be in circulation like the '09s have been. Besides I'm getting the US Mint sets and the proof sets and the designs will be there. Bruce
I'll be tempted since I love collecting rolls, but like others have said, it will boil down to price for me.
I've already started getting them in circulation. I'm going to try and see if I can snag a box from my bank.
The minimum the price will be is $8.95. They raised prices on mint sets, proof sets, and medals so they surely aren't lowering the price on these.
In that case, unless they're guaranteeing me MS70 coins, there's no way I'm paying that price for $1 worth of what will be an issue that probably will have a record mintage.

...on the site now. http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&identifier=9100
That just makes me sick! $8.95 for a roll of freaking pennies. Who the Heck do they think they are. Come on. Lets be realistic here. Yeah I would love a roll of them, truly I would, but it will be a darn long time before I pay them that much for a roll of pennies. OK I am done venting. Morning everyone Regards, Stan
I'm with you on that one. You can get the coins at the bank for face value AND get them in a roll for no additional charge. The only difference here is that the roll has US Mint printed on it instead of NF String & Sons. It amazes me that, if you subtract the face value of the coins, people are paying $3.98 each just for the paper rolls.
