This one has me stumped

    I hate to be the guy posting the ‘what is this?’ Thread but I have no idea what this is so here we are.....

    Best I can offer is it’s aluminum, in great condition and I’ve never seen one before. Guess it might be a 1970’s F.A.O. Release but I have no idea.
