1867 Three cent piece, struck through, something else, or PMD?

Not really sure what to make of it, the reverse has two low dips in it, along with the blank area that seems to be at the same height as the wreath.

Initially, PMD but would like to see the whole coin please.

 

The flat areas on the reverse are pretty much in the same area as the indentations on the obverse as if they were caused by whatever inflicted the PMD (Post Minting Damage) to the obverse.

Almost looks like a part of a chop mark. Lol, afraid it just damaged.

She was only $15, I don’t mind certain kinds of damage on coins for myself. It does kill me to find nice VAMs or overdates while cherrypicking that I know probably won’t be worth the time or effort
