What is this?

    Both coins are very old. On the left, its a China coin. On the right, its a Arabic coin, i think. Can you identity this? Thanks.

    They are both Chinese cash coins. The first is clearly a modern reproduction. The second is from the Ch'ing dynasty, emporer Shih Tsu (1644-1661). The reverse shows the mint in Chinese and Manchu characters (Ningpo mint). I cannot say whether the second coin is authentic or not.

    Left: Modern fake of a Chinese Cash
    Right: China cash, Emperor Shi Zu, Shun Zhi tong bao. Jiangning(Nanking) mint. 1660-61
