There is a little toning in the 70s. Right on the letter "N" on the word "IN" and to the south east corner of the "S" Mintmark. There is also a little cloudiness however I am not sure if that is toning or something else...i think it is though (if I am wrong please help me identify what it may be).

On the reverse, it's not that dusty/dirty, this is from the plastic cover over the cent.
All steps on the memorial is visible on both cents.

As for grading I am thinking PF66 for 67 and a PF65 for the 70s, would you agree? Also, should I consider getting these slabs? I am trying to perserve them for my son and right now I have them in my DANSCO album..should that suffice?

    Thanks!

I think on the 67 it would be a MS66RD or MS67RD since they were SMS coins in 1965-1967. They are foing at auction for under $100 in that grade.
On the 70S it looks like a PF65RD or PF66RD and they are going for under $100 as well.
It really depends on you on wether you want to have them slabbed. You are not going to make a tone of money but if you are going to keep them in the family then it may be worth it to you.
This is just my opinion and I am new to this so I would like to see what everyone else says about it.

Thanks for the response Finance..Wouldnt the 67 still be graded a PF vice MS since it's a proof as well? I know there are people out there that buy coins and to turn them around to sell them at a higher price (to which I applaud them for doing that) however that is not me. I will be keeping this in the family and someday passing all my collections for my child when he is old enough to understand the value/worth and appreciation of coins.

Yes, the 1965-1967 cents are graded as MS instead of PF coins. Since the mint did not mmake proof coins in those years. Special Mint Sets (SMS) cents were made those years and are graded as Mint State coins.
    Hope this helps
