A way to give paper money even more history

Turn the head of the eagle on The Great Seal towards the arrows everytime we are at war. Also, remove 1 arrow for every place we are at war with (while we area at war). In times of peace, turn the eagle head back to facing olive branch and return the arrows.

I like the idea, but I doubt the government would.

 

That is a good idea but I doubt they would do it. Cost to much I would think to make that kind of adjustment.
