I started a database, but I never used it. Then I created a spreadsheet a while back. I kept the spreadsheet updated for a while, but I found that was hard to keep maintained when I started trading and selling pieces to develop other areas.

Is there any 3 ring pages that you can insert Intercept holders like the way Mikjo has?

Shatsi, what is the size? I think Intercept makes 2x2's like mine but in black only,as well as slab sized ones.
"Eagle brand has two types of transparent plastic pages that fit the standard 3-ring notebook binder. One page has 20 pockets designed to hold the Eagle 2" x 2" holders. This page will also accommodate the Whitman and the Intercept Shield 2" x 2" coin holders. The other page has 9 pockets and is designed to hold certified coins." From Jake's marketplace:

My harris holders seem to only fit in standard vinyl 12-pocket pages available from most coin dealers.Since the pockets are not shaped to fit their bulk,I use a hairdryer on them to soften the vinyl.pinch in the tops by folding them down while still warm and when they cool,a perfect fit! :)

Thanks Mikjo, That's exactly what I was looking for. I want to store 2x2 Intercept holders.

    keeping organized

I keep my world money, paper and coins in large 3 ring binders, by country. My US Type set is also in albums. The pennys, nickels, dimes etc stuff in Dansco albums. For Data base I use both Word and Works. It takes a bit of work to taylor a document to fit you needs, but once established it is easy to keep up. I actually love the research part of organizing, and I include a history lesson on each coin (by type, not each individual coin) in the binders with the coins. JonySky
