1994 P Quarter - IDB on Obverse and Something wrong with Eagle's right wing?

    HI All,
    I found among my Quarters this fun piece.
    Do I'm right about the Interior Die Break on obverse?
    And what about the eagle's right wing?
    What's going on?

    I would say yes to the die chip/IDB on the obverse - that's a fun find. It looks like he needs a napkin.

    Those radial lines on the reverse indicate a worn die - my guess is that what you're seeing with the wing is die deterioration doubling.
