i have a small baggy of uncirculated nickels with some beautiful toning how much do you think the bag is worth and how should i go about posting pictures of all of them?
Best bet would be to take picture of them laying out if you want to sell them bulk, if individually then one at a time. Are you planning on selling them on CT, EBAY or somewhere else? Regards, Stan
I would first figure out what years they are and see if any are key dates or war time nickels from there you can post them on photobucket. I would check there are many sites like www.numismedia.com that list prices of coins or www.pcgs.com (and look for their price guide)
Check them for errors, as there are a few known errors for that year/design. If the toning is especially nice, you may be able to get a small premium. If not, then they're worth face value. -LTB
i havnt checked thoroughly yet but i believe i have three errors one of them appears to have a small amount of copper stuck to it and the other two appear to have a die fill error on the five cents on the tail side i will have pictures later but right now i will describe them on one the entire five cents has a line through but that might just be a scratch but im not sure because the line dosnt only show up on the letters it shows up below them the next has a similar line but below that line the letters are almost level with the flat part of the coin the third looks like it has a deep scratch on it but the scratch appears to have some copper colorization
