That's cool. I have a rule in my house. Any coin dated before me (1959) gets pulled from the spending change and thrown in the sort bucket. Just yesterday I pulled a 1957 nickel from my pocket and was almost angry that I had to open the safe to put it away! But I would be tickled to death to open a roll of nickels like yours. Looking forward to seeing the the tally.
You did great on that roll. Silver is silver and it’s nice to find one in a roll but to find that many is fantastic.
Whoa! Awesome cluster! That doesn't happen very often! I've had a couple of single-source silver streaks like that over the years, but they've been few and far between.
The last time I found a roll of oldies like that (heavy on War nickels and early 1940s, also with two Buffaloes), it had an old paper wrapper. This batch looks to be in a pretty modern wrapper.
