BNB ......why

Hello everyone,

As much as I am shocked and appalled by what i have seen, can we get back to why we are here. Numismatics.

I think we are all of the same opinion no need to keep this going in a negative fashion. Only makes this site look bad to new collectors. IMHO

Seriously, does this actually surprise anyone here, that he's done this? I mean, snakes don't turn into butterflys, and he was a snake from day one, and not a very bright one. Even his few supporters here are mostly gone now, as their reputations quickly drown in bile. What he and they failed to understand was that most collectors here actually do their homework and study what the collect and so know a thing or two about coins....something he was never willing to both do himself or accept anyone else was doing, so his efforts to con us failed miserably. That forced him to ply his tonics elsewhere and to largely the unexperienced, where he'll unfortunately probably have some success.

Point taken Stan however I see it from a different view. BNB created alot of enemies on this forum, I wasn't even one of them but that aside sleazy is what sleazy gets. In other words I see this thread not so much for it's bashing potential as it's ability to warn all who read it. You never know who is reading this thread and benefiting from it. In fact if BNB is reading it hopefully he is man enough to pull the ad himself. :bow:

 

I understand where you are coming from, truly i do. I think that we can just do it a little better, not so much bashing, even if it is well deserved, but more of a general topic. I have had to deal with similar types before and I think the more we bash about them, the easier it is for them to show how we have wronged them.

I guess I just hate to see anything that takes away from the boards overall mission.

Its back up, with a different, yet misleading description, with no mention of the print. He also states it WAS in an NGC holder, but doesn't state the grade.

Wow, its amazing how sleezy some people can be just to make a buck!!
BTW guys, dont worry as someone said about us newer people associating him with the quality of this forum. Most everyone here has been great and in no way, is anything like this guy.

It's a shame to see this whether or not anyone likes him.
I basically just avoided many of his threads.

Seriously think the lad needs some help. He's a legend in his own mind and I don't think that will really get him too far in life.

You were lucky enough to miss the long drawn out mess that involved him over several months. That was all he was ever about. Trying to act like he knew everything and bragging about making a quick flip to everyone (a.k.a., ripping someone off). While really not knowing much about coins or showing any progress. Was obsessed with 'no leg' buffalos and bragging about how expensive his coins were compared to all the other 'cheap garbage.'

As you can imagine, he came here, caused a huge, daily, ruckess, caused divides among forum members, then his videos surfaced and he was put in the appropriate light. A very troubled individual. Who was inevitably and unceramoneously, S-canned off the forum.

Then, he immediately came back and began changing usernames, threatening, ridiculing and swearing at mods while also trying to defend his name on the forum. Apparently until he got tired of it. From what we've been told, he lives his life online and has been banned from MANY forums. We assume he went somewhere else to raise holy hell.

Then there was a long several page discussion about him in the general forum, (following his removal) where everybody got all the negative feelings about him off their chest and had it out with a few supporters.

Basically, it sucked around here while he was here. Many, including myself didn't post as much because we were tired of it. If there were a couple more like him on my forums, I probably wouldn't spend any time on forums. Some enjoyed him for the entertainment. Others despised him and saw through the sharade.

His apparent goal was to become recognized and be famous. But he has lost all creditiblity, with no possibility of ever being taken seriously again. Anyone that has never watched his videos on youtube should look them up to see who we his. He suffers from severe narcassistic personality disorder and maybe a few other ailments. He needs medication but does not get it. I wish his mom would kick him off their computer and get him to a doctor. But, bad parenting must have been what led to this loose cannon in the first place.

The lynch mob has gone home now, the town is empty and there's just garbage blowing around in the streets. I thought it was over. But apparently, he's selling his wares on ebay trying to rip someone else off.

Yeah, I have read a lot of the forums about him and seen his you tube videos. It looks to me that he si all about himself and has a very big problem with authority. I am glad I missed all that junk. I have enough turmoil in my own life that I dont need more when I go on this forum to learn about this hobby.
Since I became a member, everyone here, for the most part, has done everything they could to make it a very enjoyable experience.
For that i say thank you

In other words anything you have seen BNB say, post, or take a picture of is hearsay when you testify. He was not in court etc. when he made such statements. Therefore, you testimony about it is hearsay. Non-hearsay evidence is when you see BNB holding the coin (in person, not in pictures), then you can testify about it.

 

Oh my. I just watched one of his videos on you tube, I don't need to see any more. Instability is scary.

 

Tell you guys one thing. The more we seem to complain about this guy and his auctions, the higher they seem to go. That tri legger is up to $410. Truly sad indeed.....

 

I think its great that he's promoting the hobby to the gay community, or did I misunderstand his video?
