1983 p us quarter with a V 7 mark? not sure if valuable

i was rolling change and found a 1983 quarter and by the back of washingtons head there is a V and under that by the mint mark there is a 7, i was not sire if maybe this was man made or something soecial they did with the coin. If anyone has any idea that would be great thanks

Yep same here...never heard of anything like that so I'd need to see some pictures at best.
