    Good morning,
Yesterday I planned a detecting trip from 6am to until mid afternoon. I reached the location and detected for about 1 hour when I received a phone call from a coworker who was supposed to work that he couldn't make it and asked if I could cover for him. It was an important plumbing job that was scheduled.

Well long story short, I packed up and left to the location. I worked until 3pm and made 7 hours of overtime. I can't complain because the extra money will come in handy for my travels to Puerto Rico next Saturday

I detected $5.30 in US Coins which I'm adding to my Coinstar visit this week.

    And this neat old connector/tool?

New control valves where connected to about 36 radiators on 3 floors.

Oh great. That's it. Thanks for the identification.

When I get it home in the Bronx I will clean it up to see if it has any wording..

Sorry you got cut short, but like you said, overtime is good $ for your trip.

Have you double checked your detector to see if it can still detect silver? Seems like you are hardly finding any this year.

I check the reading by bringing a few silver coins and do test detection. The high tone numbers are correct. I just haven't done well in my last 3 hunts.
When I get back from vacation I'm trying new spots.
