    Okay
So I got this as a junk silver piece earlier today. Issue I have witht he coin is the satin finish. And the fact its an S mintmark. Extremely reflective, doesnt have any signs of cleaning or being dipped. I though proofs were only made in Phili? Am I correct? If so any reason why it would have a satin finish?
Also has flat rims?? some wear, but once again no signs of cleaning, dipping, polishing etc...

I agree about the need for pics. But I also want to know what a'40-S Walker is doing among junk silver ? Nobody that knows anything about coins would do that.

Unless - the coin were fake or damaged somehow. Who knows, maybe whizzed ? That would explain what you think is a satin finish.
