Does anyone know what happened to this web site. I used to use it for information. It had more detailed info on some world coins than you could find in other sources. All I get now is this:
They might just be having a bad day, but I did find someone who'd asked the same question in January 2022. But I don't see widespread discussion of "whatever happened to" or "PGGS announces shutdown of" or the like.
It's been months since I have been able to access the web site. I tried again this morning and got the same error. I'll check with my IT guy at work to make sure it isn't something on my end.
If you look at the screen shot you posted it tells you the problem is not on your end - but with coinfactswiki. It says right there that it is a "host error" on the coinfactswiki website.
Not really. Source: Sage-Avice.com. It can also mean something on your Server is hogging resources and you may need to check your origin server, and it may require whitelisting (whatever the heck that means) all cloud face, and a bunch of other stuff fixes. I know nothing about IT Brainiac thingys, except what I learned from the CGC Boards Gurus, when CGC experienced and continuously has these 522 stoppers and still does on a rather regular basis. It is sort of like "The problem is not you it is me (or vice versa)" for the rejected daters among us. Other than that, I got nothing.
It's not. I got the same error while on my ATT service at home and just now on the office network (don't tell anyone). If CloudFlare thinks a host is down, it's down, or it might as well be. (CloudFlare offers services for content delivery acceleration and cyberattack defense. It can't do anything if the server it's trying to protect is misconfigured or dead.)
