    I posted this the other day on " Follow the lead picture post"
    I realy didn't like the image I posted, so I retook it.
    I like the second image much better. 1925  25c AU55 A2a-horz.jpg 1925 25c PCGS AU55 5a-horz.jpg

    And based on the appearance of the slab label, the second image is probably closer to the true in-hand color.

    BTW, nice coin.

    Nice slq Dennis ...... if it had more luster it be ms, and its hammered...some years had those hammered strikes. This is a very nice strike.

    How do you take your pictures? Any suggestions on a free or moderately priced editing program to put the pictures together like you do, or to crop them to a circle? Your beautiful 1925 SLQs ugly sister says "Hi" from my collection. Wonder Twin Powers - ACTIVATE! Ugh, I need to reholder this one too, the plastic is scratched (I didn't scratch it!!!). Might benefit from an acetone bath too.

    Wow, that is a neat program! This 1929 never looked so good! Hubba Hubba! She's ready for the big dance now. First photo is original photo I took with my iPhone SE (2020) second is same photo cropped with Photoscape.

    I use Lunapic and it doesn't even require a download. It's a nice free online editing platform.

    Much improved result! You can, however, crop it closer and you should, right up to the edge of the coin. You can select your background color.

    @MIGuy
    That's what I use, also I use my cell phone. Here are my raw images.
    I them right side up crop twice once for full slab then crop just the coin in the edit tab. save both images to my coin file and when both sides are done, I use the combine tab.
    It takes a little proctice but it's really easy. 20220723_040321 (1).jpg 20220723_040307 (1).jpg

    Here's the true view, to honest I don't like the true view of this. Good thing the seller didn't use that image.
