Someone should be able to tell you once you post the pics. If the coin has no mint mark or initials, and was in a grade of MS65 for example, it would be worth around 80 bucks. Someone else can probably tell you what grade it is after you post a photo.

Your pictures are getting better, but they still aren't quite there. Is that coin brown? I guess 64 from what I can make out. Even if it is a 65 (BN), it still would only go for ~$50. Red would go for quite a bit more.

Can you give a closeup shot of the obverse?

The rim appears to have a split similar to some Chi coins I've seen. 10 oclock to 2 oclock Obverse.

its redish brown.and uncirculated.it was kept in a coinbox and only wrapped in a rag.i got a coin holder for it and going to get it graded just to see.its the best one ive seen so far .it is browning but still has red glow.

I'm surprised no one else is writing. The rim looks wrong front and back - looks like a seam. Obverse 10oclock to 2oclock pictures with no shadow is what's needed.

mecha 1166 sorry to inform you this is not some chia pet fake coin.i take coin collecting very seriously and would never show such rubish.their is no splits in the rim.and its the s and v.d.b cents that are mostly replicated not 1909 because in even the highest grades are worth around 40 to 50 dollers.

The Chinese have replicated every Lincoln cent from 1909 to 1940...and probably others. (OH, and don't be fooled by the added "COPY" or "REPLICA", as 99% of these coins come without the marks - they are digitally added to the photos to fool those that may be looking for policy/law violations.)

Your coin may or may not be genuine, but to say that they "mostly" fake only the " the s and v.d.b cents" proves nothing about your coin.

The color to me looks wrong, but it may just be the lighting you are using.

Let us know what the grading company says. Good luck.
