    Im not used to paper money more of a coin error collector but this one caught my eye its a little beat up though

    You have a radar note, which is collectable. The poor condition will reduce any premium, but it's still a nice find and worth keeping

    Nice radar note that costs you very little to keep. Not the best shape, but if you try listing it on eBay, you may get a premium for it.
