    LOL… NGC shows the value of my three cent nickel as almost $3000.00 because they have it as silver.

    Yes correct now there some wasted grading fees. I believe that NGC has graded one higher in ms. But still like <10 I know of that exist...

    Wow! That is more than just a struck through. It is a $1 struck on a dime planchet with 10 cent dies!

    Time for someone to start a CAC-like company to approve these sorts of errors. Quibbles about "minor variety" probably wouldn't sticker, but the one in the OP definitely deserves a Red Clown Nose of Approval.
