I found this 1982 lg date I think it's possible DDO 001 .... I compared it to variety vista doo 001 and it looks to me that it has all the characteristics of the ddo Does anyone agree on the cent...
Here's one I owned at one time, it may be but would would need better images. In all fairness I used my Dino-light to get the close up images..
You need to compare it honestly with what @dwhiz posted for you. I don’t see anything that even comes close from that single full image. Perhaps you could supply some close-ups with good lighting to prove the coin has the attributes you say it has…imo…Spark
You have the coin in-hand, we don't, so you will have to provide much better, and more, photos of the coin for us to tell much of anything. There is a steep learning curve to be able to tell doubled dies from other types of doubling. It is an uphill climb and I believe you are still near the bottom of that hill, but keep up the work and you'll reach the top (of which I am no where near myself).
Thanks for the images of LIBERTY. 1982 is a tough year. I don't see any similarities between the variety you mentioned and your images of LIBERTY at all. Like others have said, I don't see any extra thickness or doubling on your coin.
