A $50 star note that probably needs its own replacement note...

I just received this $50 star note as a gift, but sadly it has done its economic duty so efficiently that it now almost needs its own replacement. Too bad, but it was nice to see a $50 in person again and especially a $50 star note.

With that rather distinctive crease down the center ... how does it grade “AU”?!?

I don’t know what the rules for grading are. If I think a note is interesting I will haggle over the price until I reach a reasonable price. The grade does not really enter into my pricing for any particular note.
