the style and the surface, areas around devices are odd and weight is not of a third or a 1/6th. does not appear to have the porosity to have a weird weight like that. Looks like a fake to me put in a rock polisher
Not an ancient expert by any means, but that lion looks like a poor quality casting. There is apparently equal wear on the high points and the recesses, which is not typical. Always possible it’s an artifact of cleaning, but I stay clear of coins that look like that without any sort of provenance or certification. It really reminds me of a hand poured silver bar.
