Went to the bank to get a few boxes and they had nothing but $10 in cents. The teller seemed disappointed thats all she had. I told thats fine. As I was leaving a man came in with those coins. I didn't even know, walked past him. As I was getting in the vehicle, driving away. I get a call from the teller that we just received a few coins. You might want to turn around and get these. She told me they were older and interesting! This was the 1st time I had a teller call me about older coins.
Wow Your something else. I bring in a few older 1 cents 5 cents dimes and quarters so they can see what they look like and I even give them my old copies of Numismatic News and Bank Note Reporter to look for anything they might have. I also ask for two dollar bills and anything odd. I try and cover all the bases.
