China Hupeh 10 Cents - Date identify

Can anyone identify the date on this coin
China Hupeh 10 Cents, late 1800's to early 1900's
Acquired in the mid-1960's from a coin dealer's foreign coin box.

There is no date on the coin itself.

I have a Chinese reference that says these coins were produced during the years 1895-1905 at the mint in Wuchang, Hubei (Hupeh) Province.

Therefore, you will only be able to date the coin to this time period and not to any specific year.

Should be 18.6mm, 2.70g

I believe it is a contemporary counterfeit.
