Looks more like a Gallery Mint O/S. Dan Carr wouldn’t make a Jefferson die dated 1938.

Yeah, I went in for a couple of his Schlag pattern strikes, but this one doesn't do much for me.

 

I don't think Carr did the Jefferson pattern restrikes, it was someone else.
