Long story short I'm cheap couldn't get him to take off more then $10 off his asking price, I really wanted 20 off... but $10 off and he pays shipping was close enough to meeting me 1/2 way to pull the trigger...(sounds simple but was probably 8hrs and a half dozen counter offers All that for a silly quarter.... This silly quarter Which I think more Fine then vg but the eye appeal is great
Looking at the photos, the first thought I had was, "Wonder what PCGS conservation would be able to do with this?" Would it removed the "environmental damage" and then be able to grade it? Hum.
