The coin is well worn and some damage. I hate to say so, but I think it is most likely a case of die deterioration damage as the obverse has spread until the L in liberty is close to touching the rim and some of the doubling effect doesn't have similar rotation spread. IMO, Jim
This is definitely a DDO. The clear separation on GOD is what sold me. Though it's well-circulated and in a late die stage, markers match the images here at CopperCoins.com for FS103 (1DO-003/DDO-003/WDDO-003) GOD- NW-SE die scratch through the G of GOD WE- Two parallel die scratches east of the lower half of the E Maybe the OP can get better closeups (using the link above) to focus on the other markers.
