SOLI INVICTO Damaged or Double Struck?

    This coin appears to have been damaged or double struck. There are some letters high on the Reverse that look like they don't belong. And some of the detail is missing or distorted. There is a view of the entire coin Obverse and Reverse and close ups of the suspect area.

    Could be that or a struck over another type… hard to tell.
