The sharpness grade is high end AU, but it's been "cooked" by being dipped repeatedly or for too long. These coins can have frosty luster, but this one goes beyond that. I think this would be a "details" grade if you submitted it to a TPG.

The dull surfaces indicate to me a cleaning, likely by dipping.

    John,
High AU with the loose of details in the hair, the wing, and the rock? Please enlighten...

AU details,it still has some decent luster but the dip really killed this one overall.

I can't be sure from these photos whether that's wear on the obverse and reverse high points, or just weak strike. I've seen a lot of 1921 Peace dollars in MS that weren't fully struck at those points. It looks like there could still be a good bit of luster in the fields, but the photos don't really bring it out.

AU details. Typical weak strike for a 1921...but still some wear present. Surfaces are muted and dull. Looks over dipped.

I don't think I can conclude but so much from these photos. Luster could be anywhere from 55 to MS, if MS marks and probably dipping would keep it in the 60 or 61range IMO. photos with lighting from multiple angles on the obv would help.

Almost all of the design weakness in the middle of Ms. Liberty’s hair and the Eagle’s wing in the reverse is due to strike. I do see a break in the mint frost on both sides, but that could also be from the weak strike, which is below average for the type. Either way, the coin is too dull to say that it has the original surfaces intact.

XF or low AU but it was, unfortunately, over dipped. I’m not seeing the luster than I should be seeing.

I'm still thinking that the photos may just be doing an injustice to the coin's luster and color. It looks like diffuse lighting. I'd like to see photos of it under a point source (a small light some distance away), or direct sunlight.
