2016 Very Slight rotated die clash? Shield cent

    2016 Die Clash
    What do we think?
    1 - Rotated clash from a previous die then switched out? (Since the reverse die isn’t rotated on this coin)
    Or
    2 - since the reverse die is misaligned slightly it caused the clash to be like this.
    The nose it isn’t perfectly aligned straight and mouth also back of head seems to be turned clockwise very slightly
