1888-O Morgan Dollar odd looking Date?

The date to me looks like it was re-punched,or the hole date is doubled?
*Plus the tail feather's have some extra feathers or small die cracks over polished die marks on them to the west of mint mark.
* do you think the mint mark oval or round & is it near or normal?
*and is it a Vam#?? 1888-O have a few

The coin is definitely the rounded O, Centered and Upright, and it looks like VAM 14 to me (1888-O VAM-14).
