    Hoping someone might recognize this ancient coin? I'm thinking it's a Celtic imitation but I'm not really knowledgeable on them and haven't found this particular design online. Any opinions would be appreciated!

    Don't know much of Celtic imitation either. The flan seems to be cup-shaped, maybe it is from the Sénones (Area of Sens). But let's better wait until someone knowledgable of Celtic coinage jumps in.

    I think it may be one of the Channel islands billon staters of circa First Century BC.
