Looks like a small greaser to me decent find.
I also have these Kennedy's with very light or almost no initials.
Same thing,the FG's are usually the first to go and most common place for a greaser to occur.
Both coins were probably struck through grease and have no value above face.
I'll go with grease & ON-J
