    You should always post the obv and rev of a coin, but it definitely didn't leave the mint that way. Also, you should include pictures taken from above, not only diagonally.

    It's likely to be damage made by a hammer or something like it.

    Extreme heat caused a bubble to form between the clad layer and copper core. Definitely damaged post mint.
