Hard to tell but as I guess the appearance of the obverse, I would like to see this one in hand but probably MS64. I really like the reverse.

The reverse is really nice. The reverse is at least MS 65+ quality. The obverse is nice, but I can't zoom in enough to really check out the surface. If the mark on the obverse near the eye going between the E & P and the opposite side near the M are just marks in the toning but not actual marks on the coin the obverse could be a MS 65. If they're actually marks on the coin that would knock down the grade to MS 64. It's a nice coin either way. 1881 CC is a good date.

I will throw out 64 from what I can see as well.

MS65. The pictures are a bit blurry so it is a bit hard to determine if the marks I see are on the coin or the holder. Slight disturbance to the toning but pretty clean overall.

    64. It actually has more marks in the toning, than bagmarks. Nice coin, verging on MS 65.

@delila1 it look to be in an older PCGS slab, so I'll say it graded MS-65.

I don’t own it I didn’t bid on it but I thought it was an interesting picture and I thought it would make for a good thread
