The coin was minted in Tyre, Phoenicia. It was struck year 238 of the City Era = (AD 112/113) -- During the reign of the Roman emperor Trajan.

On the obverse, it features the laureate head of Hercules (Melqart), with lion skin knotted about neck. It also appears to have active 'bronze disease'.

On the reverse, it reads MH-TPΟ/ΠΟΛ-EωΣ across fields; club surmounted by monogram TYP(Tyre); in field, date ΗΛΣ, and Phoenician letters ltst ('of Tyre'); all within oak wreath.

I have one of the same type.

I've yet to take a better picture of it yet. This one is with a phone/flash.

Your coin has some pretty active bronze disease, you might want to treat it asap.
