Sent a rather amusing letter about his newly developed "flux inducer".... And a 2000 Virginia quarter stamped with "Easy Button"..... I am never any good at figuring out these little puzzles. So I leave it to you fellow CT brethren.... Unscramble the Easy Button Virginia quarter mystery.

Possibly because it was easy to cross the ocean and why not land on the closest part even by a long distance. How does the quarter master choose!!!I've been dying to get one of these letters.

I got the same letter earlier this week and waited for someone else to bring it up. LOL

I dunno what the letter has to do with the coin. I don't know why anyone would want to reinvent the wheel and build what already exists in a hand held format from frequency separators to frequency filters, all handheld now a days, and even like I dunno, axial flux induction motors with variable setting speaking of variable setting VFD's....

and put it in a briefcase (even if it's done in a different manner than norm, it's still doing what's been done)
Looks like a door to door salesmens' display toy. LOL

I dunno, not really enough information in the letter to see what its uses might really be, specifically a new function that doesn't already exist.

I dunno.... perhaps based on a Toroidal permanent magnet motor structure or something for higher torque density for electric motors or like electro mag locks or brakes that won't budge.....

Maybe it's all in jest. I know induction and inductors of a heck of a lot easier running on DC power. So after reading it runs on 120AC, I kind of dismissed it as a farce, but I did think on it for a while,,,, why.. of course. LOL

Virginia, easy button, no idea. how it relates to this. or why or how it would commemorate this.

I gave up,. Just as likely to be a wild goose chase to spend time thinking on it as it is to do something new that hasn't been done.

"Easy Button" was an ad campaign by Staples Office Supplies.
The brief case strongly resembles a tube tester, maybe photoshopped a bit. (for those of us that can remember vacuum tubes).

    That's all I got, you're on your own :)

I think @LakeEffect is right. Its sarcasm "That was easy!" but it really wasn't because most of the pilgrims died just on the voyage to Jamestown.

My brain hurts enough from the daily events, so I am not even going to try. Whatever that briefcase thingy is, I wish him/them luck.

I think I got it now it's the complete opposite of what I said. They wish there was an easy button because it was not.The trip was actually delayed a few times due to difficulties e.t.c.Then once it went successful they still had a half a year trip across the ocean. It was extremely dangerous as storms and typhoons coming out of nowhere was common.Food was scarce and they were running out of supplies, the ship most likely had close calls of sinking.Once they did make it to land trying to live in a world where they have not been to before. Also before the setters were at peace with the Indians constant battles and attacks happen almost non-stop.It almost came to a complete end but it did come back strong. So yes basically the original settlers wished that an east button actually existed(sarcasm):):).

Maybe, still doesn't explain how it's an appropriate message, or how it commemorates anything. :troll: Think I'll have a couple drinks tonight and really look over the pictures. and see if it's nonsense or what I can figure out from it.

I definitely can't do that sober. Hahahaha
