What’s the date of this Abe cent

Can’t quite tell the date of this Cent. Thinking it’s a 1923. Looks like a 1933 also. Got it along with 9 others buying coffee and beers this weekend. At the same store. Kinda happy cuz I need both dates for my personal book. Also how can I clean this up a tad. Thanks
