    No it is not a real 1877 Indian Cent. Compare to a certified example on eBay. The differences will be pretty clear to you.

    The item you have shown is a novelty item. Not real or worth more than a novelty.

    Only possible way for it to be real is if it spent time in the Jivaro Indian tribe....:D

    Incredibly fake.The 7's are way off. Nothing looks right. I just noticed the tiny size. It will be the same size as a current penny.

    I agree with @Mountain Man that the coin you posted is a novelty item.
    Probably made of copper coated zinc from looks of the discoloration.
