First let me say I like Toned coins and I know of the debate with the seller greattoning but that coin is almost $700 and it doesn't look NT at all to me.
What am I missing?

 

It also looks like it is cleaned with a brush or whizzed to me as well. Just my opinion even though it looks to be slabbed
