made an offer for a real nice slq 20hrs ago... as yet no responce... I hate when they just let an offer sit.. this is a roundtable dealer... they usualy very sharp and very fast to respond... The waiting is killing me as I have another lined up I like, same grade (not quite as nice but also 100 cheaper lol) I like the one i made an offer on much more then the cheaper one (or I wouldn't have offered so much more) It's just the waiting that's killing me now lol...
I do apologize as I have been guilty of this as well. I don't sell high volume but am oftentimes just indecisive of offers and sometimes let them expire. Might not be great etiquette as a seller but it does happen sometimes.
In this case he was asking 30%+ over list... I offered list +5%. I think the dealer thinks it's really the next grade up (it's not) though it probably should have gotten a star for it's grade. But he is asking list for the next grade higher, and no matter how + or star the coin rates it just Not that higher grade he wants the money for (new gold shield slab too so I don't think regrading will change anything) about 30min left on offer.. I think I am gonna take that walk in the woods lol.....
