anyone know what this coin is?

    i know this is a back to an old St Gaudens $20 gold coin ... but it looks like a proof

    is this a modern gold or one from the early 1900's

    The 1 oz Ultra High Relief coin from last year was about 1/2 the diameter and twice the thickness of a $50 American Gold Eagle

    Does anyone know if the originial UHR St Gaudens (from 1907) was also this same 1/2 the diameter and twice the thickness size ?
