If I showed you a wheat penny that I found in circulation...you'd probably tell me it's worth 2 or 3 cents......I always hear that. But I can't ever find a place where I can buy wheaties at 2 or 3 cents each. I'm not much of a Lincoln collector but since they're so cheap, it's fun. Where can I get wheaties the cheapest?

These days most any dealer will pay 3 cents each in quantity. You can buy bags of 5000 ($50 face value) for $200 (4 cents per coin) from a number of places...you can probably find an even better price if you shop around.
