So I just made a bunch of $$$ selling lots of duplicates and now am faced with the decision of either using this money to buy the couple rare keys to complete my small cents. OR. Buy a St. Gaudens, just because, well..its a St Gaudens. LOL.

    So, what are your opinions?

    rare keys for small cents.
You can always find a st.gaudens to buy later, its best to finish your set, you iwll be glad when you have done so.
I have a finished buffalo nickel set and even though its not the best shape, because its ifnished it my crown jewel in my collection.

  4. Unless you get a great deal on the old gold, I would get the keys and finish your set. TC

It's ultimatley not going to matter what our opinions are it's what you want and decide to get.
If pushed to answer though of couse it would be the cents.
The gold will always be availible just as the 1955 DDO cent, 16-D dime, 42/1 dime, 09S VDB and so on.
I would never buy gold right now because it's too high in bullion value.

To throw out a different perspective:

You already have hundreds of images of Lincoln and some wheat ears.

Never trust " A Deal " for SVDB's . Keep up the good work and get your picture on the Breakfast of Champions Box.
