Kassander, Philip, Perseus, or someone else?

I am trying to attribute this coin and I cannot get it. It may be a 'countermarked' coin of Kassander, or Philip, or Perseus, or it may be none of the aforementioned and be someone else.
Can someone assist me please? Any information is appreciated. Thank you.
    Measurements are 3.52gm., and AE17mm.
