Both are from Upper Moesia (Moesia Superioris), city of Viminacium. Reverse inscription is PMS COL VIM (Provincia Moesia Superioris, Colonnia Viminacium) with the date at the bottom (year 4 for the top, year 1 for the bottom). Large bronzes with this reverse type (city-goddess standing with bull and lion) are fairly common from Viminacium.
The dating used on the coins of Viminacium is based on the city's foundation by Gordian III in 239/40 AD, so year 1 is 239/40 and year 4 is 242/3. Both of the OP coins are of Gordian III. The bull and lion on the reverse are the emblems of Legion VII and Legion IV, which were quartered in the region. These coins seem to be fairly common on the collector's market; there are quite a few examples listed on Wildwinds.
Fully agree with the attribution - the coins are not rare indeed, but the condition for both is well above average.
