I have this big bronze, but I can't figure out the ruler.

The obverse's only remaining lettering is --NVSPIVS.
    The reverse says ANTIOSH IC(?)

The appearance of the portrait led me to think Valerian I, but no matches. I tried RPC with the obverse and reverse legends, but nothing popped up.

    Sheesh, you got it.

Never expected Gallienus to look so wonky. Plus, I wonder how they messed up the spelling of Antioch like that. Those Antiochian engravers need to be fired!

Very interesting spelling of Gallienus - Galihnvs. Not too often you get greek and latin mixed up like that, outside of these Antioch coins, it seems.

Haha, yeah every time I see a provincial coin with what looks like gibberish legends I think of Antioch of Pisidia.

Creeping up my list of things to do with my time machine is promoting literacy in mid-third century Pisidian Antioch. My efforts would surely put in motion a butterfly effect, leading to me returning to a present time where all humans live in peace and prosperity on a tropical Mars.

h.w.earl, I think O.J. hit the nail on the head. The Romulus-Remus theme was very popular on the coins of Antiochia-Pisidia. Pictured below is a photo from my files of an example of a Gallienus bronze from a CNG auction, it's very crude.

The example below of Gordian III is from my collection.
