looking for some info on a couple of reales I just picked up. A 1786 and a 1793 2 Reales. Both are pretty good but by no means Au or anything. I looked for some online price guides, but nothing came up so I thought I would ask you guys.
I could but they look like every other real there just a little better than VG. I dont mean to come off like a smart ass but I just dont feel like pulling out the cam and uploading them. Is there a free place on the net that I can realistic price range. I know there not worth much but I think there worth the 20 each I paid. Thanks, for your help
Pics are necessary to help you. First off, you haven't said where the coins are from. 2 reales coins of those dates could come from a number of places. Photobucket allows free uploading of photos. There are other sites that provide the same service.
If you're not going to post pics, we can't help. Just search it on ebay if you don't want to photograph them.
the 1793 is from PERU the 1786 is Mexico I guess I'm just looking for a good online place to lern what the value are without asking here all the time. I looked on Ebay it looks like I did OK but I cant seem to lock down a price range on the 1786 a lot says it's key and hard to find but one person wants like 30 bucks for on and another wants 200+ and the grades aren't to far off.

Then I will give the following advice, though I do not presume to be a coin lord, or even a demi-lord or lordlet. There is a fairly good density of Mexico and Peru portraits reales auction prices on both Heritage Auctions and Bowers and Merena Auctions sites. I trust the general tenor of these sites more than eBay, in fact for these particular coins I don't use ebay at all for price research. Both the auction sites are free, you just need to sign up. Make sure your coins are authentic before estimating their value.
